How to stay true to yourself through uncertainty

As we fall into the final stretch of COVID-19, you may be sensing an energetic shift. There are a lot of changes happening on earth, both energetically and physically which means we often feel it emotionally. Remember as the seasons change so do we.

You may be find yourself no longer engaged with what use to bring you joy. You may be bored or feel like your efforts are not making a difference.

Through times of uncertainty it is essential that we stay true to ourselves.

June and July are important months because they set the stage for the next year, especially for kids. Use this time to reflect on your goals and focus forward with clarity.

If you feel weighed down by specific people or situations, use this time to consciously create a stronger foundation for your life which means walking away from things that drag you down? Or make sure to keep a distance and ignore them from your life.

Through uncertain times, it is an ideal time to release old thought patterns, fears, relationships, situations and things that no longer serve you.

Rather than spending time focusing on what isn’t working, instead pull all of your energy into what is going well and focus on what you want. Use deliberate action toward those goals and you will see changes happen quickly.
